18 Fair Street Drogheda

18 Fair Street was built circa 1780. It was a large townhouse for the Bellew Family and was used for entraining guests in its glory days. The building has fallen into great disrepair. It has been recently purchased by a new owner and I very excited to be leading this project to convert the building back to its former glory which will contained 5 self contained apartments. The works will involve significant roof repairs, restoration of the timber sash windows, complete rewiring and upgraded the building to new standards for residential living.
